IN-PERSON Workshop: Recital Readiness. Audience of One Dance Studio Panama City, FL (Saturday April 11th 9:30-11:00 am CST) $30.

JUNE/JULY/AUGUST

VIRTUAL Summer Independent Training Program: Strong like an Artist. (Start date TBA)

Enroll in one, two or all three, 3-week programs. Program themes rotate every three weeks. Virtual format allows flexibility to perform according to your own schedule. All programs focus on safely and strategically building strength, flexibility, cardio-endurance and other aspects of fitness to help elevate and support artistic performance. This Summer program is open to all ages and performing arts backgrounds and can be performed according to your level. $39/3-week program or $100/all three 3-week programs. More details to come.
